Birmingham, AL - ExpoDisplays, an Alabama-based company that designs and manufactures trade show exhibits and custom interiors recently completed the interior fabrication of the Confederate Memorial Museum.

The Confederate Memorial Museum, Alabama’s home for Confederate veterans, and is located at the Confederate Memorial Park in Marbury, AL (11 miles south of Clanton).  The museum displays mementos, records and photographs from the Alabama Old Soldiers Home, and uniforms, weapons and other artifacts used during the Civil War. 

Design elements in this 40’ x 40’ space include: environmentally sealed display cases to showcase and preserve artifacts, a model of a full-size canon, a scale model of a historic village and production of a historical video for the museum’s use. 

The museum will officially open with a grand opening ceremony on Saturday, April 28, 2007 at 10 a.m.  Activities will continue throughout the day.  Admission is free.
