ExpoDisplays Participates in Earth Day

Birmingham, AL – ExpoDisplays, a national designer and manufacturer of trade show exhibits, custom interior environments and graphics that is based in Birmingham, AL, participated in local Earth Day festivities on April 19th.

Multiple ExpoDisplays employees participated in a local event in Trussville, a suburb of Birmingham, AL, that included cleaning up the area and planting trees and flowers. The event was in observance of National Earth Day on April 22nd. One of ExpoDisplays’ employees dressed up as Captain Garbage and participated in skits with a local Boy Scout troop. Lonnie Miller, General Manager at ExpoDisplays and an Earth Day volunteer, said, “The event was successful in making the area a cleaner, environmentally safer place to live.”

ExpoDisplays Introduces ExpoEarth Initiatives

Birmingham, AL – ExpoDisplays, a national designer and manufacturer of trade show exhibits, custom interior environments and graphics that is based in Birmingham, AL, has partnered with the Alabama Environmental Council to explore ways to become a more environmentally friendly company.

ExpoDisplays is already using environmentally-friendly materials including PureBond Formaldehyde Free Hardwood Plywood and Eco-fi fabric made from 100% certified recycled plastic PET water bottles. Steps in recycling have also been made including printing on recyclable paper and donating used printer cartridges to a local recycling center. ExpoDisplays has also been recycling scrap aluminum for years, and will continue to do so.
