  • Install/Dismantle (I&D) - we will make sure that your exhibit is set up correctly and as inexpensively as possible
  • Repair - of both portable and custom exhibits
  • Refurbishment - of all customs and most major portable brands
  • Show Services - we can order your phone, electrical or any other show service needed
  • Show Paperwork - we will handle as much or as little of your show forms as you want including accurate processing of shipping, materials handling, and any other show form that you may have
  • Complete Show Services - our highest level program where we actually pay for your show services, fill out all paperwork, arrange I&D, and everything else necessary-you simply show up and do business!

With our main facility centrally located in Birmingham, plus a storage facility in Las Vegas, we are well equipped to handle your needs. Our clients range from a small company that stores one table top display for use at one show per year, to a multi-national corporation that stores over a hundred portable and custom exhibits that went to over 450 shows in the last 12 months.

The following is an example of the custom-designed management program for one of our clients. Keep in mind that this program works well for this client, but that your needs may require more or fewer of these services. We will tailor a program to meet your exact requirements.

  • Exhibit Storage at our warehouse
  • Order Received - The client faxes us a form that includes the show date, show information, shipping address and the exhibits and graphics to be used.
  • Order Confirmed - We sign the form and fax it back to the client to verify that we have received the form and we are proceeding with the show.
  • Exhibit Preparation - We pack the exhibit, graphics, return shipping instructions, return shipping labels, assembly instructions, etc.
  • Exhibit Shipping
  • Shipment Notification - Fax sent to client confirming that exhibit was shipped.
  • Exhibit Set Up and Dismantle - Performed by an I&D company selected by the client.
  • Exhibit Returns
  • Pull/Check - Exhibit is checked, the client is notified of any damage, the exhibit is cleaned and returned to storage (unless repairs are needed).
  • Return Notification - Fax sent to client that includes any recommended repairs.
  • Invoice Mailed - Includes the complete show cycle so client can track show costs
